Mayron.net is now using a modified version of the Hemingway Reloaded theme. Of course, many more changes will be made to the theme to suit my tastes. One of the most noticeable changes you can see already is the randomly colored bottom section of the page. The new look is certainly a departure from the design of most sites.
Last week I returned from the Technology & Citizenship Symposium in Montreal. It was a wonderful conference. It was most interesting to revisit Montreal. I was able to spend time with family that still lives there and see the neighborhood I grew up in. I was also able to tour downtown, the old city, and the Olympic Stadium. Pictures will be posted soon.
I will be in Montreal, Canada until June 13th. While there I will be presenting a paper at the Technology & Citizenship Symposium at McGill University, “How Can the Semantic Web Improve the Acquisition and Sharing of Knowledge?”.
This will be my first time returning to the city I grew up in since I moved to Florida over a decade ago.
